WARRANTY

Warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of sale to the end user.

We guarantee:

a flawless operation of the product during the warranty period if the buyer complies to the given instructions
to ensure repair and maintenance during the warranty period and necessary replacement parts for a period of 7 years
to eliminate failures or deficiencies during the warranty period within 10 days at the latest and at our own expenses, including transportation costs, such as railway transportation or sending by mail
to extend the warranty period if the product is not repaired in 30 days
that the customer has the right to request a replacement of the faulty product with a new one if the repair is not completed in 60 days

REPAIR

Repairs under warranty and outside the warranty period are carried out by the manufacturer at its registered seat:

The products will be shipped after receiving your confirmation of order or your payment to our bank account.

DELIVERY

Ordered goods are sent by express mail. Most shipments reach our customers in cca. 7 working days.
Deliveries outside Slovenia will be charged according to our agreement with the customer.
If you wish to takeover the goods personally at our seat, let us know when placing your order.
